This past week was a very good one.
As of Saturday March Second, we had prepared 969 tax returns. This puts well ahead of our goal, which is to file 1,050 by March Tenth (the half-way point of tax season). This past week we handled 821 telephone calls.
There were 353 incoming calls and 468 outgoing calls during the past week. It is this time of year when we are so busy that all of our equipment is stressed. I replaced one UPS and installed a 10 Gig network card in one my NAS servers.
The entire backbone of my local area network is operating at 10 GBS on a mix of copper and fiber downstairs in the data center now.
