This February activity that Google is reporting to me, represents new clients and new business.

It is exciting for any business owner to know that their efforts are attracting new customers for their goods or service. With the aging “Baby Boomers”, businesses like mine lose a certain number of customers to death each year. It is sad, but you have to replace those customers with new ones. I made a lot of new friends in February and expect that by the tax filing deadline on April 18th, I will have met at least 200 new people and made that many new friends.

These new clients in February were attracted by word of mouth, coupled with our website and social media presence.

Almost 100% of our new clients are referred by existing clients. I want to take a moment and say thank you to all of you that recommend us to your friends, family, neighbors and coworkers. It means a lot to our continued success. This year is my 31st year here at the same location and without all of you, this would not be possible.
