We are quickly approaching our busiest time of the year when our telephone traffic peaks. I want to offer some information that may be helpful to you.

Our main telephone number is (256) 586-4111, but we have direct lines from Birmingham (205) 322-7452 and Huntsville (256) 534-6922. If you are calling from anywhere else in the United States, we have two toll free numbers, 1-800-551-6253 and 1-800-551-6254. Our active switchboard hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays.

Should you call outside of those hours, you can get straight to your Tax Advisor or their voice mail by pressing their extension number. Here is a list of the Tax Advisor’s extensions:
