Today is April 14th, which in a normal Tax Season would be our last day of a full schedule of busy appointments, however this Tax Season is not normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Tax Filing Deadline Extended to May 1st for All Alabama Residents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a reminder, our Office Hours<\/strong> will revert to Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm<\/strong><\/em>. You’ve tolerated my discussions and updates about the new parking lot all year and as the season comes to an end, I still cannot make my long promised final post about the project. This is because I am still waiting on the decorative wrought iron to be delivered and installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FastLane MetalWorx<\/strong> advised me that the wrought iron was being sent to be powder-coated last Tuesday. So hopefully we are in the final stages of the final segment of the project.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

In a normal Tax Season, I would be making my blog post while having my morning coffee on Sunday, however, as I said earlier, “this is no normal Tax Season.” Myself and two other staff members contracted Covid in March. Two others had really bad cases of the Flu. We installed a new Point-Of-Sale (POS) system this year that created some time-consuming extra workload.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
