The majority of people we&#8217;ve seen so far have seen a decrease in their top tax bracket by an average of three percent. The tax savings have been realized through a combination of reduced withholdings and an increase in tax refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As of yesterday, Saturday February 16th, we had processed 483 tax returns with average refunds of $3,916. We&#8217;ve worked with 12 new clients in this first two weeks and anticipate working with 80 new clients over the ten week season. The client can cancel, change their mind, change to a different date and time or simply stop and come back to it later if they need to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the many benefits to the client, the <a href=\"https:\/\/cook.fullslate.com\/\">secure online appointment scheduler<\/a> has benefits for my firm. It removes a very large amount of time consuming workload from my front-office staff. It reduces conflicts by eliminating the possibility of double or over booking due to human error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our system sends an email confirmation with the date and time of the appointment and provides a link for the client to cancel or reschedule should something come up. It also sends a text message and email reminder the day before the appointment.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Now, when a popular news story about taxes is aired on TV and lots of people have the same idea, <em>&#8220;hey, I should schedule my tax appointment.&#8221;<\/em>&nbsp; It doesn&#8217;t matter if 50 or 100 clients are scheduling at the same time. It also doesn&#8217;t matter if it&#8217;s during the 10 o&#8217;clock news at night!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>It&#8217;s all about you, and how we can serve you better!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Cook &amp; Co. we believe the continuous improvement of the processes and systems that support our mission are crucial to our success.
